Braids are hot on trend!

I love nothing more than on a nice summers day the salon door being open, fresh air coming in and a busy salon full of happy customers, even when it is so hot and we have all the hairdryers going (thank goodness for air con!)

As usual the Spring / Summer months has brought with it wedding hair, prom hair and customers having their holiday hair appointments. 

What is hot on trend for all of these occasions? It is braids! 

Yes, french braid, fish tail braids and the beautiful waterfall braid have been regularly created in the salon and there is a big demand on knowing how to create these styles at home. We have had some many braided styles in, the team are having dreams about braids.

Here are a few styles recently created in the salon:

Almost every hair up done so far this season has had a type of braid within it. So keep in mind when on holiday this year that a great way to keep your hair back of your face and to keep it looking fabulous is a braid. 

Braids can be as complicated or a simple as you like. I'd recommend if you like a particular style , practicing the style a few times to get used to the techniques.
